Courtney Wharton

I strive to create an atmosphere that encourages my Educators to provide an open learning environment to enhance every child’s unique individuality.

Miss Courtney is the Director of Kindalin Castle Hill. She has worked for Kindalin since 2008 in Assistant Director and Room Coordinator roles. I have a Bachelor of Early Childhood and a Diploma in Children’s Services.

With my depth of experience, I strive to create an atmosphere that encourages my Educators to provide an open learning environment in which they explore creative programs to enhance every child’s unique individuality and ability to reach their full potential.

I enjoy watching movies and travelling the world, receiving a diverse knowledge of different cultures.

Inspiration and motivation are critical factors in creating a team of educators who are passionate and dedicated to their profession.
