Kindalin is proud to present the Parent CPR Program brought to you by Royal Life Saving NSW.
CPR helps keep blood and oxygen flowing to vital organs and can dramatically increase the chances of survival during a medical emergency. For parents, having the confidence to respond quickly can make all the difference.
Why CPR matters in Australia:
Each year, around 25,000 Australians suffer a sudden cardiac arrest out of hospital. Immediate CPR can double or even triple a person’s chance of survival. For children, prompt and effective CPR can be the critical link in saving a life before professional help arrives.
This one-hour session is designed specifically for parents of infants and toddlers, providing essential skills to support your child in an emergency.
What you’ll learn:
- How to perform CPR on young children
- The DRSABCD emergency response plan
- How to communicate effectively with Triple Zero (000)
- How to stay calm and take action when it matters most
Kindalin is offering this seminar to our families as a free event.
*In the interest of fairness, we ask all parents to attend without their children.
If the seminar has sold out of all allocated tickets, please complete this form, and we will notify you if a place becomes available.
