Carla Morley

Kellyville Ridge Director

Miss Carla joined Kindalin in 2006 and has worked across our centres in a variety of roles. This broad experience has shaped the way she leads today.

With a Diploma in Children’s Services and many years of hands-on experience across Kindalin centres, Carla brings a calm, thoughtful and team-focused approach to leadership. She values being part of a supportive professional community and is committed to continually learning and developing her skills alongside her team.

Carla understands the responsibility families place in early childhood educators and works hard to ensure children are cared for by people parents can trust. She believes that strong, reciprocal relationships with families — combined with consistency and positive role modelling — help children feel secure and supported, and enable Educators to do their best work.

After many years of building trusted relationships with families across the Hills district, Carla is excited to lead Kindalin Kellyville Ridge. She is passionate about supporting her team, partnering closely with parents and creating organised, welcoming learning environments where children and educators can confidently grow together.

Outside of Kindalin, Carla enjoys fashion and shopping, riding motorbikes, wakeboarding, and spending time with her husband and their two children.

Children thrive when they feel known, safe and supported.
