Carla Morley

Miss Carla joined Kindalin in 2006 and has worked across our centres in a variety of roles. This broad experience has shaped the way she leads today.

With a Diploma in Children’s Services and years of hands-on experience, Carla is a calm and steady force. She is genuinely invested in the day-to-day life of her centre, her team and the families she works with.

Carla is known for her warm presence, her ability to make children feel instantly comfortable, and the steady confidence she brings to new challenges. She enjoys guiding her team, mentoring new educators and creating an environment where both children and staff feel supported to grow.

After many years of building strong relationships with families across the Hills district, Carla is excited to lead Kindalin Kellyville Ridge. She looks forward to partnering with parents and offering the welcoming, organised and engaging learning spaces that Kindalin is known for.

Outside of Kindalin, Carla enjoys fashion, shopping, riding motorbikes, wakeboarding, and spending time with her husband and their two children.
