Miss Rachel values early childhood education and loves supporting children as they grow into confident, happy and resilient individuals.

Miss Rachel has worked in early childhood education since 2015 and joined Kindalin in 2018. She holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and has experience working with children across all age groups.

Rachel is known for her calm, thoughtful approach and her ability to build strong, trusting relationships with children, families and educators. She believes children learn best when they feel safe, understood and supported.

Rachel loves working closely with families and her team to support each child’s learning and wellbeing, and finds great joy in seeing children grow in confidence through everyday moments.

Proudly Korean, Rachel has studied in China and speaks Mandarin. She enjoys sharing language and culture through simple, meaningful interactions.

As Centre Director at West Pennant Hills, Rachel is committed to nurturing a warm, relationship-based learning environment.
