Rachel Hong

Miss Rachel values the importance of Early Childhood Education and is excited to see children grow into happy and resilient individuals.

Miss Rachel has worked in early childhood education since 2015 and joined Kindalin in 2018. She holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and has experience working with children across all age groups.

Rachel is known for her calm, thoughtful approach and her ability to build strong, trusting relationships with children and families. She believes children learn best when they feel secure and understood, and she leads her team in creating warm, engaging spaces where curiosity can flourish.

Rachel enjoys sharing her love of books, arts and crafts, and her Korean and Mandarin heritage through stories, songs and simple everyday interactions.

As Centre Director in 2026, she is committed to supporting her educators, partnering with families and continuing the Kindalin tradition of nurturing, relationship-based early learning.
