Miss Carol joined Kindalin in 2021 as a Certificate III Trainee, inspired by her experiences as a mother and her deep appreciation for quality early childhood care and education.

Understanding how much trust families place in their child’s Educators, Carol is committed to creating a warm, welcoming and nurturing environment where every child feels safe, valued and supported.

She believes childhood should be filled with fun, discovery and opportunities to grow. Her goal is to make each day positive, encouraging children to explore their interests, build confidence, and develop friendships while enjoying the excitement of learning together.
