Nancy Franceschina

Working with children is exciting and challenging, but most importantly - rewarding!

Nancy Franceschina has been a valued member of the Kindalin family since 2003. A qualified Early Childhood Teacher with a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Teaching), she has worked across all age groups and brings more than two decades of experience to her role as Centre Director.

Nancy is known for her nurturing leadership, calm presence, and genuine connection with children, families and educators. She believes in creating environments where children feel safe, confident and inspired — reflecting Kindalin’s philosophy of learning environments, active learning, curiosity and meaningful experiences.

A mother of two boys and a girl, Nancy understands the trust families place in early learning. She works closely with parents to ensure each child’s transition and daily journey is positive, supported and enriching.

Nancy is excited to lead at Kindalin, bringing her experience, warmth and longstanding commitment to the Kindalin community, and soon to our newest centre: Kindalin Box Hill.
